Order and delivery

>> Placing an order
You can place your order on the website by taking the following steps:

1) You place a product in the cart.
2) You fill in your address.
3) You choose the desired payment method.
4) You will receive an order confirmation by email.

>> Delivery of an order
Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is provided by PostNL. All other international shipments are handled by UPS.

If the order can not be supplied by the delivery service, then a day later they will try to deliver the order again.

When the delivery has not occurred after 3 attempts, the order is returned to Binq Design.

>> Delivery times
The expected delivery on all products is indicated. After placing your order you will receive an e-mail with a delivery time.

You will also receive an email with a track & trace code when the order is shipped. You can use this code, the status of your order.

>> Shipping costs
Europe
You pay no shipping charges if you spend a minimum amount of € 50, -. When you spend less than 50 euros the shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium are € 6.95 / € 9.95.

Outside Europe
You pay shipping charges if your order is delivered outside Europe. The shipping costs depend on the total amount of your order:

Total amount: € 99, - or less
Shipping costs: € 30,-

Total amount: from € 100,- to € 199,-
Shipping costs: € 50,-

Total amount: from € 200,- and higher
Shipping costs: free shipping

Cancel an order

>> How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by contacting us via info@binqdesign.nl. Once your order is successfully canceled, your payment will be canceled also.

Any payments will be refunded as soon as possible.



Warranty

>> How many years of warranty does Binq Design provide?
You get a 3 year product warranty on all products of Binq Design.

Quality is central in all respects, you should always consult Binq Design with questions or comments. You can contact the Customer Service by sending an e-mail to info@binqdesign.nl.

>> A product is broken and I want to return it
If you notice a product is broken, please contact the Customer Service by sending an e-mail to info@binqdesign.nl.

The defective product will be picked up by DPD within 14 days after receiving your message. It may be that you are asked to take pictures of the defect.

>> Does my pet fit in the bloq?
All cats and small dogs (like a chihuahua, maltese, pug or a boomer) fit into standard bloq.

A bloq with other measurements (a custom bloq) is also possible, you can retrieve this information by sending an email to custom@binqdesign.nl

>> How do I clean the bloq?
You can clean the bloq with a damp cloth. You can also clean the bloq with the vacuum cleaner (a soft brush).

>> How do I clean the cushions?
You can easily wash the outer cover at 40 degrees. You can also clean the pads through the vacuum cleaner or a damp cloth. The fabric is stain and water resistant.

>> Will my pet use the bloq?
The bloq was made so that the cat has a cozy and comfortable lying area. By inside material (EPS pearls) gives the cat the oppurtunity to make a delicious dimple into the cushion.

Small dogs can enjoy a cozy and comfortable place. The double opening will make your dog feel free. The dog is not locked inside the bloq and can easily maintain eye contact with you or the environment.

You can easily return products within 30 days.

All payment methods Binq Design supports are safe and reliable. Binq Design is checked and approved by the international label “certified webshop” .

Safe and simple online payment? You can with PayPal. PayPal is free for buyers. Only payments in another currency transfer will have costs involved.

Cash on delivery:
If you choose Cash on Delivery, you pay your order at the time of delivery. This delivery is provided by DPD

You pay the amount directly to the driver of the delivery service (DPD) when your order is delivered.

This payment method has additional costs and is only possible in Europe:

The Nederlands and Belgium: € 10,-
Other Europian countries: € 15,-




Returns

>> Return a product within 30 days
You can easily return your product within 30 days. You can use the following steps:

1) Contact the Customer Service by sending an e-mail to return@binqdesign.nl
2) Enter your full name and address details in the e-mail you send.
3) If possible, mention the reason for return in the e-mail.
4) The moment for pickup will be discussed with you.
5) The product will be returned within 14 days after notifying your e-mail.

1) The product is undamaged.
2) You must contact the Customer Service within 30 days after receiving your order.
3) The product will be returned in the original packaging (if possible).
